Hybrid Tea House
Exploring Boolean expressions through hand drawings, physical models, and plaster forms, these stereotomic, tectonic, and hybrid designs taught me about spatial and formal relationships, modularity, and rhythm. The conclusion to this introductory architecture studio combined these subtractive and additive elements into a traditional Japanese tea house, prompting programmatic, processional, and cultural investigation.
